Partnerships
Silver Movie Journal considers collaborations that suit its interest in cinema spaces, filmgoing customs, projection and film culture. Clear disclosure and editorial independence come first.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly scoped collaborations such as a commissioned cultural feature, an event or exhibition listing, a reader resource, or a relevant partner placement. Proposals should explain the subject, intended audience, deliverables and any financial or other support involved. We do not accept arrangements that require an undisclosed endorsement.
How placements are labelled
Paid or partner-supported content and placements are identified clearly so readers can tell what is independent editorial work and what has a commercial relationship. Labels remain visible in context. A placement does not guarantee a favourable review, editorial coverage or a particular conclusion.
Editorial boundaries
We may decline a proposal that does not fit the publication, cannot be presented transparently or asks us to blur advertising and editorial judgment. Partnership enquiries should be sent through the Contact page, with enough detail for us to understand the proposed collaboration.
Movies are more than what appears on screen
The room, the ritual and the little objects around a screening all belong to movie culture. We look at those details with curiosity and care.
